BALTIC HEALTH INDEX. On the 14-15 May BEAM will host a research workshop to initiate the work with a 'Baltic Health Index’. The event is a joint initiative by the Ocean Health Index, BEAM, the Stockholm Resilience Centre and the Stockholm university Baltic Sea Centre. The OHI Baltic Workshop aims to build a network of collaborators, provide training about the OHI, and make strategic decisions about future steps for research and management of the Baltic Sea.

OPPORTUNITY TO NETWORK. As a side-event on the first workshop day, marine researchers at the University will be invited to learn more about the Index, listen to a panel-discussion and have the opportunity to meet colleagues and stakeholders interested in Baltic Sea research. 

More information and a programme will be sent out soon, but please save the date and afternoon!

Since 2014 is the year when BEAM will be evaluated, all activities need to be reported on a regular basis.
