It is our pleasure to announce the 27th Annual MAX IV Laboratory User Meeting (UM14). The user meeting is traditionally organized in close collaboration with FASM. This year we are proud to announce that we have been able to extend the scope of the meeting to become:

The goal is to engage all Nordic X-ray users and to build more bridges to NORDSYNC/ESRF, Norway and SNBL, DANSCATT and ASTRID II, PETRA III, FSRUO, Estonia, etc.
A broadened view is important for MAX IV when deciding on our future priorities. We need to keep the complementarity in mind – ESRF, PETRA III, ASTRID II – and select priorities matching the needs of the different scientific communities in the Nordic region (existing and future).
The event will provide you with a golden opportunity to find out how you can do better science through better instrumentation and through Nordic and international collaboration.
