Telling the Baltic opened in Rostock
The exhibition and storytelling project Telling the Baltic opened on Thursday February 7 at Kunsthalle Rostock.
More than 200 art lovers came to Kunsthalle Rostock when the mayor of Rostock opened the exhibition Telling the Baltic in Rostock. The photo shows the mayor Roland Methling together with Agnieszka Wolodzko, curator at CCA Laznia in Gdansk and Torun Ekstrand, project leader in Art Line.
Anna Steller gave the painful, yet moving performance Transportation.

Art & New Technologies – seminar in Elblag
On 14 March the seminar Art & New Technologies will be held at Galeria EL in Elbląg, Poland. The seminar will dwell on the topic Art & Industry traditions in Elbląg, 60ties and now / Spatial forms tradition.

Hydro Active City-contest – 50 entries received!
The open contest for an art work using digital media technology in public space, launched by The Baltic Sea Cultural Centre, has received 50 entries. The jury will meet at 19-20 February and the winning art works will be realized during spring and shown in Gdansk city during an international seminar on art and public space, held 17-18 May, arranged by Gdansk City Gallery.
