Restaurants
Restaurant Wine & Food is a recommendable new restaurant on the Plaza Major in Palma. Run by the 33 years old Argentinian chef Cabagna , decorated with love and nice details by his wife and mother in law. They offer dishes with Mediterranean origin, but as well Asian and Latin American inspired food. Outstanding good is the duck Takati, served with slices of red wine pears and topped with a small vegetable-Gyoza (dumpling). The whole dish is strewn with sweet potato and yucca chips. Delicate are the crunchy caramelized pieces of tuna fish and salmon. Very tasty are the Mexican Quesadillas, the tuna fish with sesame crust or the perfectly spiced sea bass ceviche. Cabagna only uses good and fresh ground products, because the guests ask for it together with warmly service and fair prices.
