The newly opened restaurant is run by Igor Rodriguez (called the King of Pintxos) from the Basque Country where he presents his creative innovative pintxos. Especially tasty is the crunchy Mexican tortilla, covered with octopus, potato cream, Mayonnaise with roasted garlic and ginger or a mini hot dog of Iberian pork and foie in a pumpkin bread roll with tasty sweet sour sauce with pine. Or you try the mini hamburger with beef cheeks, orange and slightly hot Sriracha-Mayonnaise. A classical dish is the juicy, fantastic Tortilla, served with caramelized onions. If pintxos are not enough, you can choose your main dish from the card, mostly dishes from the kitchen of North of Spain like stew with cod and chickpeas or Cannelloni with lamb ragout and Idiazabal cheese, or octopus with spinach and ginger-miso-aioli or a big, one kilo heavy steak (chuleton).
