Areff delivers SAS Smart Pass
SAS launches Smart Pass across Scandinavia. SAS Smart Pass, which is an NFC (Near Field Communications) based solution is delivered by Areff Systems AB.
SAS Smart Pass offers a convenient and easy way to identify the trip, for example when passing through Self Service machines, security control, lounge and boarding. By simply holding up your cell phone with SAS Smart Pass to the reader, the flow becomes quick, time efficient and easy. SAS plans to begin deployment of the system starting in September 2011.
